I've noticed something not working as expected in an area outside my property - who do I speak to?

Communal area issues are to be reported to Assemble directly via the app. We've made a GIF below to help!

  1. Open the Assemble App (links to app below)
  2. Click 'Help'
  3. Click 'Maintenance'
  4. Select a location
  5. Populate and submit your report
